Chamber Heater with Purifier

Chamber Heater Pioneer Edition is Designed For Bambu Lab P1 and X1 Series

Dedicated M2 Version. Just For Bambu Lab P2S

3D Printing Enhancement

Warping Prevention

Optimize your 3D prints with ideal chamber temps: PLA at 40°C, PETG at 45°C, ABS at 60°C. Avoid warping, shrinkage, and layer adhesive issues.

Filament Dryer1

“Dry 4 spools of filaments at once. Perfect fit for AMS. More efficient than heated bed only”.

For PLA, PETG, and ABS, dry at 60°C in a constant temperature chamber. Place spools on the heated bed, set heater and bed to 60°C, maintain for 8 hours to thoroughly dry PLA, PETG, and ABS, improving print quality and eliminating surface stringing and bubbles. Up to 4 spools (4kg) can be placed without flipping.

Boost Heating

Boost2 heating performance, and increase chamber temperature up to 60°C3. Heated 3D printer chamber reduces warping and improves layer adhesion, ensuring high-quality prints.

Healthy and Safe

  • RISK: During the melting process of 3D printing materials, harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and inhalable particulates like PM2.5 are generated.
  • Dual Air Channels for Efficient Adsorption of Harmful Substances
  • First Stage: Adsorbs 95% of Suspended Particles
  • During printing, high-temp molten plastics make PM2.5, dust, etc. This can build up in the printer, harming its parts. If inhaled, it’s bad for health. The purifier’s E11 filter adsorbs 95% of air’s particulates.
  • Second Stage: Efficient Adsorption of Harmful Gases
  • The first filter removes some impurities, but the remaining gases may still have harmful substances like VOCs and formaldehyde, plus odors. The second filter, with high-iodine, acid – free activated carbon (iodine value over 1000), has a large adsorption surface area. This efficiently eliminates the remaining harmful gases.
  • Pushing the limits: The chamber heater adopts a dual – filter solution. Under the same air intake demand, the intake resistance is reduced by half. Under the same purification conditions, with 2 filters

Mode Switching

  • Automatic Mode:
  • Activate the chamber heater and purifier with the start of your print, and let the system automatically cease operation upon completion. This ensures consistent temperature and purification, providing a hands-free, energy-efficient 3D printing environment.
  • Manual Mode:
  • Perfect for those who crave custom control. In this mode, you can independently toggle heating or purifying features and manually set a stable, consistent temperature.

Carbon Filter

  • Acid-Free High – Iodine Activated Carbon: More Effective Adsorption and Harmless to Printer Metal.
  • Acid-free activated carbon with an iodine value over 1000 provides a larger adsorption surface area. The high iodine value indicates strong adsorption capabilities for organic pollutants, effectively removing harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, and sulfur dioxide to enhance air quality. Unlike acid-activated carbons that may corrode metal components over time, this product remains stable without releasing acidic substances, ensuring the protection of precision mechanical parts.

Magnetic Filter Box

  • Effortless Slide, Easy Replacement
  • Frequent activated carbon swaps needed for high harmful substance levels. Our magnetic drawer design makes it a breeze.

Overheat Protection

  • Thermal Runaway Protection, Safety First
  • The heater is equipped with a 99°C thermal fuse on its rear. In the event of overheating, the heat is transferred to the thermal fuse, prompting it to sever the power supply to the heater. This mechanism effectively safeguards against additional damage to other components and the printer, ensuring optimal safety and functionality.

Unrivaled Durability

  • Unmatched Durability at 60°C
  • Premium ABS GF material ensures no deformation at sustained 60°C warehouse temperatures. Pushing the limits, the heat outlet, made with PAHT-CF material and treated at 100°C, resists up to 150°C. Guaranteed no deformation at 60°C chamber temps.
  • Stay Cool, Last Longer
  • Circuit components can overheat at 60°C without airflow, shortening their lifespan. The product, designed with airflow, removes heat, preventing overheating and ensuring long – term performance.
  • Secure Power Cord, Safe & Reliable
  • Keep your device safe with dedicated clips that firmly hold power cords, preventing internal connector damage. Ensure long-lasting, hazard-free performance.

Chamber Heater

Boost Your Print Game! Heat Chamber to 60°C for Perfection.

  1. When drying materials, the heated bed must be turned on; otherwise, the chamber temperature may be low. ↩︎
  2. The actual chamber temperature is affected by environmental temperature, preheating time, etc. If the environmental temperature is too low or the preheating time is insufficient, the chamber temperature may be low. ↩︎
  3. The chamber temperature adjustment range of this product is 40°C–60°C. Rotating the blue knob clockwise to the end corresponds to 40°C; rotating it counterclockwise to the end corresponds to 60°C ↩︎
  4. Chamber temperature measurement is affected by the measurement point location and measurement instrument, and there may be measurement deviations under different test conditions. It is recommended to use a temperature test instrument with an external probe to measure the chamber temperature for more accurate results.
The Bambu Lab X1 series printers have a built-in chamber temperature reading function, but due to the placement of the temperature control component, when the internal and external temperature difference is large, the displayed chamber temperature may be lower than the actual temperature (e.g., when set to 60°C, the reading may be around 50°C). Please use a third-party temperature measurement device to verify the chamber temperature to avoid misunderstandings.
The 60°C chamber temperature measurement point of this product is located inside the drag chain above the print head, measured by a thermocouple probe with a fluctuation of ±2°C. ↩︎
