Filament Mixing
Maintaining ideal extruder temps is crucial for flawless filament mixing, like PETG & PLA. Printing PETG (which requires higher temperature) and PLA can easily lead to nozzle clogging without extruder cooling.


The PLA support surface is smooth, precise, and easy to remove. On the right side, the PETG support surface is rough, less precise, and difficult to remove.

- Rapidly reducing the temperature of the air with the pipeline by utilizing high-efficiency high-temperature-difference thermoelectric coolers.
- The airflow channels are carefully designed, leveraging gravity and airflow to promptly expel condensate from the heat exchanger.
- The hot side of the thermoelectric cooler is equipped with large-scale heat dissipating fins, thereby effectively addressing the heat dissipation needs in relatively high-temperature settings.

* The test values were obtained at an ambient temperature of 20°C, with the measurement point located inside the outlet pipe entering the condensate filter. At a room temperature of 30°C, the actual measured outlet air temperature can reach 16°C.
Keep Filaments Dry
- Cool the air, then precisely filter it through a 25-30 micron condensate filter to effectively remove water droplets and impurities, ensuring peak performance.
- Condensate and impurities are trapped in the separator, releasing only clean, dry, cold air for top-notch results..

* Keep in mind, this filter progressively eliminates moisture, creating a relatively dry environment, though it doesn’t ensure specific humidity levels of the outgoing air.
